Situated toward S end of terraced row.
History
Mid C19.
Exterior
Terraced house, unpainted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof and C20 brick right hand stack. Two-storey three-window range of plate glass sashes with slate sills and stucco surrounds with keystones. Centre door porch with leaded lights and flat-roof. Original internal shutters on ground floor.
Reason for designation
Included despite altered windows for group value in prominent New Quay terrace, built c1850. Named after the brig 'Ceredig'.
