Location
Situated midway along terraced row above Glanmor Terrace.
History
Mid C19.
Exterior
Terraced house in painted roughcast and stucco with slate eaves roof and rendered right hand stack. Two-storey three-window range of sashes with stained glass inserts and centre arched doorway. Stucco angle channelled strips, sill band and surrounds with keystones. Ground floor left room has been altered to garage. Door has stained glass in fanlight and big glazed timber porch with cornice and iron edge rail. Smoked glass panels.
Reason for designation
Included, despite garage and loss of original small-paned windows, as part of good c1850 terrace. Group value.
