Situated set back from road some 250m S of access to Cei Bach beach.
History
Marked on 1847 Tithe Map. Late C18 or early C19
Exterior
Farmhouse in whitewashed rubble stone with slate roof and whitewashed stone end stacks, larger stack to right end. Long off-centre three-window two-storey elevation with 12-pane sashes, cambered heads, stone voussoirs and slate sills. Smaller windows on upper floor. Ground floor centre C20 door. Plaque recess under first floor centre window. Lean-to rear addition.
Reason for designation
Listed as a substantial farmhouse of early date for the area.
