Location
Situated on south east corner of Eben's Lane.
History
Early to mid C19. Shown in 1897 photograph without oriel and centre windows not blocked.
Exterior
House and shop, in blue lias ashlar with slate eaves roof and red brick end stacks. Three-storey, 3-window range of sashes with cambered heads, stone voussoirs and slate sills. Six-pane upper windows and 12-pane to first floor, but centre window each floor is blocked and first floor right has ca 1900 square timber oriel. Ground floor has two C20 shopfronts.
Rubble stone side wall to Eben's Lane.
