At the roadside to S of Dolau Aeron, close to N side of Upper Bridge over River Aeron.

Probably C18.

2-storey colourwashed rubble coach-house with rounded corners, slate roof, rubble chimney stack heightened in brick. 2 sash windows with glazing bars under eaves to NW front flanking deeply recessed fixed glazed window. Broad segmental arched entrance to ground floor right with voussoirs, half-glazed modern door left and modern window beyond. Recessed fixed glazed windows to roadside wall.
