Omschrijving
N.H. KERK en TOREN op groot kerkhof.
Grote driebeukige kerk door uitbreiding in de gotische periode ontstaan uit een tufstenen kruiskerk, waarbij de zware ook grotendeels tufstenen toren behoorde; koor later gesloopt.
Aan de zuidzijde rijk gedetailleerde omlijsting van ingang met venster erboven.
De kerk bevat een groot aantal zerken; op het tochtportaal een bekroning van een voormalig orgel.
De zware romaanse westtoren is gebleken een onderdeel van een zgn. gereduceerd westwerk te zijn.
Bij de laatste restauratie is hij van een lage spits voorzien aangrijpend op de hoeken tussen de topgevels.

Description
N.H. CHURCH and TOWER on large churchyard.
Large three-aisled church created by expansion in the Gothic period from a tufa-stone cruciform church, to which belonged the heavy also largely tufa-stone tower; choir later demolished.
On the south side richly detailed surround of entrance with window above.
The church contains a large number of gravestones; on the wind porch a crest of a former organ.
The heavy Romanesque west tower has proved to be a component of a so-called reduced westwork.
At the last restoration it was provided with a low spire engaging on the corners between the roof gables.
