Omschrijving
BOERDERIJCOMPLEX, met jaartalsteentje bij achterdeur 1835, bestaande uit dwars voorgebouwd woonhuis onder rietgedekt schilddak en haaks daarop aangebouwd bedrijfsgedeelte onder aan achterzijde afgewolfd rietgedekt zadeldak met uilebord. Detaillering vensters woon- en stalgedeelte gewijzigd; strokendeur met 9-ruitsbovenlicht; staafankers en ankerdatering 1835; beitelingen langs geveltop. Deeldeuren en mandeur met 9-ruitsbovenlicht in middenbeuk bedrijfsgedeelte, dat a.h.w. uit twee in elkaar overlopende bouwlichamen bestaat resp. uit steen en gepotdekselde delen opgetrokken en elk onder rietgedekt afgewolfd schilddak.
Afvoering
Alleen schaapskooi wordt afgevoerd, art. 4/8 kort gestart. Uit omschrijving schaapskooi verwijderd bij acte dd 17-12-91.
Gecontroleerd 09-92: SCHUUR niet gesloopt.

Description
FARMHOUSE COMPLEX, with date stone at the rear door 1835, consisting of a transversely built-on residential house under a thatch-covered half-hipped roof and at right angles thereto an attached outbuilding section under a half-hipped thatch-covered roof curved at the rear with owl hole. Detailing of windows of residential and stable section modified; ledged door with 9-pane fanlight; rod anchors and anchor dating 1835; scorings along gable top. Part doors and stable door with 9-pane fanlight in the central aisle of the outbuilding section, which as it were consists of two interlocking building units respectively constructed of brick and potash-fired parts and each under a thatch-covered half-hipped roof.

Sheep fold only is removed, art. 4/8 short started. Removed from description of sheep fold by deed dd 17-12-91.
