Inleiding
Boerderij gebouwd rond 1860 in een ambachtlijk-traditionele stijl en uitgerust met een zogenaamde staart oftewel aangebouwde bijschuur alsmede een rond 1890 gebouwde ouderwoning. De erfsituatie wordt bepaald door een klinker- en keibestrating en een grasperk met enige fruitbomen. De bescherming richt zich op de gebouwen.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit woonhuis en bedrijfsgedeelte, een zogenaamde staart en een ouderwoning. De boerderij is in baksteen opgetrokken en wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak en een afgewolfd pannendak (oud hollandse pan) op het voorhuis; twee schoorstenen in de nok. Symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met gepleisterde plint, centraal gelegen paneeldeur met tweeruits bovenlicht en aan weerskanten twee zesruits schuifvensters met strekken en hardstenen lekdorpels. Verdieping met twee vierruits zoldervensters onder strekken en met hardstenen lekdorpels. Linkerzijgevel met drie zesruits vensters, scheef geplaatst gevelveld met vlechting in het metselwerk en een loopdeur met melkmeisje. De zijgevels van het achterhuis worden bepaald door mestdeuren en getoogde stalvensters. Achtergevel met baander.
De aangebouwde staart met constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en bekleed met potdekselwerk wordt gedekt door een asymmetrisch rieten schilddak.
De bakstenen ouderwoning is geheel gepleisterd (schijnvoegen) en wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd pannendak; nokhoekschoorsteen. Voorgevel met twee zesruits schuifvensters en een geprofileerde gootlijst. De zijgevel bevat een zesruits schuifvenster, een hoog geplaatst venster (mogelijk restant van een groter geheel), een keldervenster en geheel rechts een venster.

Upper storey with two four-pane attic windows under stretchers and with sandstone drip mouldings. Left side facade with three six-pane windows, obliquely placed facade field with brick weaving and a door with milk maid motif. The side facades of the rear house are determined by manure doors and arched stable windows. Rear facade with stretcher bond.
