Stadhuis van Terneuzen gelegen aan de Westerscheldedijk, bestaande uit een kelder en vijf split level verdiepingen in kruisvormig gegroepeerde uitstekende bouwvolumes. Zowel van binnen als van buiten is het gebruik van in het werk gestort gewapend beton met een ruw oppervlak (beton brut) kenmerkend. Zonnewijzer boven de hoofdentree. Parkeerplaats aan de zuidoostzijde.
