In de overtuin in het nutsgedeelte gelegen houten WERKSCHUUR opgebouwd als houtskeletbouw met afwerking van dakranden en geveltoppen, snijwerk met bloemen in chaletstijl. Enige vensters met roedenverdeling in ruitmotief en deuren. Houtskeletbouw constructie in het inwendige.
Waardering WERKSCHUUR van algemeen belang vanwege
- de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een 19de eeuwse werkschuur in verzorgde vormgeving en afwerking in chaletstijl;
- de gaafheid;
- vanwege ensemble waarde door de functioneel-ruimtelijke samenhang tussen de verschillende onderdelen van de buitenplaats.
