Onderdeel 4. Twee Wachthuisjes.
WACHTHUISJES behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Soestdijk. Twee wachthuisjes van paleis Soestdijk in 1883 in chaletstijl ontworpen door L.H. Eberson. De aan de Amsterdamsestraatweg gelegen huisjes bevinden zich links van de linker inrit en rechts van de rechter inrit van het paleis. Het object is op een vierkante plattegrond boven een recent gemetselde bakstenen plint opgetrokken uit verticale houten rabatdelen. De huisjes zijn gedekt met een zadeldak met gesneden daklijsten. De voorzijde aan de inrit heeft een opening. De zijgevels en de achtergevel bezitten een venster met kruislings geplaatste roeden. Grotendeels vernieuwd.

Component 4. Two Guard Houses.
GUARD HOUSES belonging to the historical country estate Soestdijk. Two guard houses of palace Soestdijk built in 1883 in chalet style designed by L.H. Eberson. The houses located at the Amsterdamsestraatweg are situated to the left of the left entrance drive and to the right of the right entrance drive of the palace. The object is constructed on a square ground plan above a recently built brick plinth from vertical wooden board-and-batten. The houses are covered with a gabled roof with cut roof edges. The front facing the entrance drive has an opening. The side elevations and the rear elevation have a window with cross-placed glazing bars. Largely renovated.
