Onderdeel 12. Tuinvaas.
TUINVAAS behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Soestdijk. Tuinvaas, geplaatst voor de oranjerie. De natuurstenen vaas is geplaatst op een inzwenkend vierkant basement en vervaardigd in Lodewijk XIV-stijl en dateert uit de 18de eeuw. De vaas heeft een gelobde onderzijde en een deksel met acanthusbladeren. De voorstelling op de vaas bestaat uit een aantal cupido's.
Waardering
TUINVAAS van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een geornamenteerde 18de eeuwse tuinvaas;
- de ensemble waarden door de functioneel-ruimtelijke samenhang met decoratieve betekenis tussen de verschillende onderdelen van de buitenplaats in het bijzonder tot de oranjerie.

Component 12. Garden Urn.
GARDEN URN belonging to the historical country estate Soestdijk. Garden urn, placed in front of the orangery. The natural stone urn is placed on an incurving square base and manufactured in Louis XIV style and dates from the 18th century. The urn has a lobed underside and a lid with acanthus leaves. The representation on the urn consists of a number of cupids.
Valuation
GARDEN URN of general importance because of:
- the architectural-historical value as an example of an ornamented 18th-century garden urn;
- the ensemble values through the functional-spatial coherence with decorative significance between the different components of the country estate in particular to the orangery.
