Onderdeel 11. Sportpaviljoen met Tuinmuur en Filtergebouw.
SPORTPAVILJOEN met TUINMUUR en FILTERGEBOUW
Het SPORTPAVILJOEN is op een 55 centimeter hoog plateau boven het maaiveld gelegen en heeft een asymmetrische plattegrond. Het gebouw bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een samengestelde rieten kap. De voorgevel bevindt zich aan de westzijde. Links is een zitkamer ontworpen, uitgevoerd als een halfronde, serre-achtige uitbouw met stalen vensters en openslaande deuren. Hiervoor ligt een terras. Rechts van dit bouwdeel is een dubbele, licht gebogen gang aan te treffen waaraan de kleedkamers, een toilet en doucheruimte van de dames en heren liggen. De gebogen vorm van dit deel van de plattegrond speelt in op de terreinaanleg en de positionering van tennisbanen en zwembad. De gevelindeling bevat een deur en een elftal identieke vensters. De zuidgevel is teruggelegen achter een overdekt terras. De gevel is symmetrisch van indeling en bevat een tweetal deuren met roedenverdeling en een tweetal kastdeuren. In de noordgevel bevindt zich een natuurstenen plaquette met inscriptie 'Geschenk van de Nederlandse schooljeugd 1937'. De oostgevel bevat elf identieke vensters en een venster ten behoeve van de dienstbodekamer, die zich achter de zitkamer bevindt. In het interieur van de zitkamer zijn boven de haard schilderingen aangebracht door Dick Elffers, De gang voor de dames- en herenkleedkamers wordt gescheiden door een muur. In de zitkamer staat het oorspronkelijke ameublement opgesteld bestaande uit ronde tafels en houten verrijdbare stoelen. Ten zuiden van het paviljoen sluit een halfronde gemetselde TUINMUUR aan, waarin het FILTERGEBOUW is opgenomen. Het ensemble van SPORTPAVILJOEN met TUINMUUR en FILTERGEBOUW is van algemeen belang vanwege:

SPORTS PAVILION with GARDEN WALL and FILTER BUILDING
The SPORTS PAVILION is situated on a 55 centimetre high plateau above ground level and has an asymmetrical floor plan. The building consists of one storey under a composite thatched roof. The front facade is located on the west side. On the left is a sitting room designed as a semicircular, conservatory-like extension with steel windows and French doors. In front of this lies a terrace. To the right of this building section is a double, slightly curved corridor to which are attached the changing rooms, a toilet and shower room for ladies and gentlemen. The curved form of this part of the floor plan responds to the terrain layout and the positioning of tennis courts and swimming pool. The facade arrangement contains one door and eleven identical windows. The south facade is set back behind a covered terrace. The facade is symmetrical in arrangement and contains two doors with glazing bars and two cupboard doors. In the north facade is a natural stone plaque with the inscription 'Gift of the Dutch school youth 1937'. The east facade contains eleven identical windows and a window for the servants' room, which is located behind the sitting room. In the interior of the sitting room paintings have been made above the fireplace by Dick Elffers. The corridor for the ladies' and gentlemen's changing rooms is separated by a wall. In the sitting room the original furniture is arranged consisting of round tables and wooden mobile chairs. To the south of the pavilion a semicircular brick GARDEN WALL adjoins, in which the FILTER BUILDING is incorporated. This single-storey building is built in the same style as the pavilion with its brick architecture and thatched roof.

The ensemble of SPORTS PAVILION with GARDEN WALL and FILTER BUILDING is of general importance because of:
- the cultural-historical value because of its memorial value relating to the arrival of the princely couple and the manner of its establishment ('National gift' in particular of the Dutch school youth). Also of cultural-historical value as an example of the developing sports culture;
- the architectural-historical value as an example of a private sports pavilion in characteristic 1930s brick architecture fitting within the oeuvre of Bijlhouwer and De Bie Leuveling Tjeenk and Van der Steur;
- the ensemble values through the functional-spatial coherence between the different components of the country estate.
