Onderdeel 7. Vijver met beeldengroep.
VIJVER MET BEELDENGROEP behorende tot de historische buitenplaats Soestdijk. Ten westen van de watertoren gelegen kleine vijver met beeldengroep. De groep bestaat uit een aantal putti en een vrouwenfiguur. Het geheel is rond 1858 aangelegd. Op een rotsachtig basement is een marmeren beeld, een mythologisch of allegorisch vrouwenfiguur, geplaatst. Aan haar voet staat een boomstam met twee gekoppelde heraldische wapens en een klein wapenschildje met het monogram HC en het jaartal 1858. De wapens worden gekroond door eikenloof. Het onderlichaam van de vrouw wordt bedekt door een draperie. Om dit beeld is de vijver gelegen, die uit kunstmatige rotsblokken is opgetrokken. Tussen de rotsblokken staan zinken waterspuiters in de vorm van kikkers. De vijver wordt omgeven door een pad en een taxushaag, bestaande uit twee halve cirkels. Hier bevinden zich zes eind- achttiende-eeuwse beelden van marmer op hardstenen sokkels, putti voorstellend. Voor de haag staat aan de oostzijde links een putto met boeken en een hoorn, rechts een putto met een schriftrol. Aan de westzijde staat rechts een putto met een bloemenkrans en bloemen in het haar en links een putto met de hoorn des overvloeds. Binnen de haag staat links van de vijver een putto met een lauwerkrans en rechts een putto met een cartouche waarin de zon is afgebeeld. De zich alhier bevindende kassen zijn recent, maar bevinden zich op de plaats van oudere voorgangers.

Component 7. Pond with Sculpture Group.
POND WITH SCULPTURE GROUP belonging to the historical country estate Soestdijk. Located west of the water tower, a small pond with sculpture group. The group consists of a number of putti and a female figure. The whole was laid out around 1858. On a rocky basement a marble sculpture, a mythological or allegorical female figure, is placed. At her feet stands a tree trunk with two coupled heraldic coats of arms and a small coat of arms shield with the monogram HC and the date 1858. The coats of arms are crowned by oak leaves. The lower body of the woman is covered by drapery. Around this sculpture lies the pond, which is constructed from artificial rock blocks. Between the rock blocks stand zinc water spouts in the form of frogs. The pond is surrounded by a path and a yew hedge, consisting of two semicircles. Here are situated six late-eighteenth-century marble sculptures on sandstone pedestals, depicting putti. In front of the hedge on the east side to the left is a putto with books and a horn, to the right a putto with a scroll. On the west side to the right is a putto with a flower garland and flowers in the hair and to the left a putto with the cornucopia. Within the hedge to the left of the pond is a putto with a laurel wreath and to the right a putto with a cartouche in which the sun is depicted. The glasshouses located here are recent, but are situated on the site of older predecessors.

POND WITH SCULPTURE GROUP of general significance because of:
- the architectural-historical value through the pronounced architectural conception of pond with sculptures as well as because of the material use and concrete rustication;
- as a rare example of a pond with sculptures from this period;
- the ensemble values through the functional-spatial coherence between the different components of the country estate.
