TWEE INRIJHEKKEN AAN DE ZIJDE VAN DE RIJKSSTRAATWEG van de historische buitenplaats Over Holland.
Twee aan elkaar identieke hekken uit omstreeks het midden van de 18de eeuw, gesitueerd aan de oprijlaan en de zuidelijke laan van het huispark van Over Holland. De hekken zijn opgebouwd als dubbel smeedijzeren hek met spijlen, afgesloten door een bovenstuk met voluten en bladranken waaronder een veld met in smeedijzer de naam van de buitenplaats. Aan weerszijden een slanke houten rechthoekige pijler met nis in het breedste vlak, op natuurstenen voet, en afgesloten door een kroonlijst.

De TWEE INRIJHEKKEN AAN DE ZIJDE VAN DE RIJKSSTRAATWEG zijn van algemeen belang
- vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als gaaf bewaarde entree-hekken uit de 18de- eeuw als uiting van een sociaal-economische en recreatieve ontwikkeling en traditie uit de 17de en 18de eeuw, waarbij vermogende particulieren uit oogpunt van exploitatie en vermaak de gronden aan weerszijden van de Vecht tot buitenplaatsen-landschap hebben ontgonnen.

TWO ENTRANCE GATES ON THE SIDE OF THE RIJKSSTRAATWEG of the historic country estate Over Holland.
Two identical gates from around the middle of the 18th century, situated on the entrance drive and the southern lane of the house park of Over Holland. The gates are constructed as a double wrought iron gate with spokes, closed by a top section with scrolls and leaf ornaments beneath which a field with the name of the country estate in wrought iron. On either side a slender wooden rectangular pillar with niche in the widest face, on a natural stone base, and closed by a cornice.
