Inleiding
Het GEBOUW VOOR SANITAIR is onderdeel van recreatiecomplex De Lichtenberg. Het is omtreeks 1954 gebouwd naar een ontwerp van architect P.H. Weegels. Het gebouw voor sanitair staat direct links van de entree tot het complex.
Omschrijving
Het eenlaags SANITAIRGEBOUW staat op een rechthoekige plattegrond en heeft een plat dak. De zijgevels zijn opgetrokken uit baksteen. De kopse voorgevel is uitgevoerd in Nivelsteiner breuksteen. Deze voorgevel heeft aan weerszijden een toegang en wordt beëindigd met een betonnen vensterband. In de voorzijde van het dakoverstek is in metalen letters de tekst ARS CELARE ARTEM (Het is)? kunst om kunst te verbergen) aangebracht.
