Omschrijving complexonderdeel 18: Rode 19de-eeuwse , waalformaat, hoge bakstenen WESTELIJKE MOESTUINMUUR bestaande uit een deel van 11 op regelmatige afstand gemetselde half steens vlakken van verspringende strekken lagen met lage plint tussen en midden tegen 1,5x1,5 steens pijlers waarvan het noordelijke deel ±45 graden knikt en voornamelijk aan het zicht wordt onttrokken door de Muur- of Vijgenkas, waarna de muur zich 10 lagen lager voortzet. De zuidelijke eindpijler is zwaarder uitgevoerd 2,5x2,5 steens en half steens zichtbaar aan de moestuinzijde. Hier sluit het zuidelijk hek van de moestuin en het westelijk hek van de Bloemen- of Rozentuin op aan. Nabij is een kraan met put.

De WESTELIJKE MOESTUINMUUR is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang

Description of complex component 18: Red 19th-century, Dutch format, high bricks WESTERN KITCHEN GARDEN WALL consisting of a section of 11 half-brick surfaces laid at regular intervals of alternating courses with low plinth between and midway against 1.5x1.5 brick piers, of which the northern section angles at approximately 45 degrees and is largely obscured from view by the Wall or Fig House, after which the wall continues 10 courses lower. The southern end pier is more heavily constructed 2.5x2.5 brick and half-brick visible on the kitchen garden side. Here the southern gate of the kitchen garden and the western gate of the Flower or Rose Garden connect. Nearby is a pump with a well.
