Omschrijving
Omschrijving complexonderdeel 6: Een enigszins overhoeks aan de inrit geplaatste vrijstaande 19de-eeuw PORTIERSWONING in Franse neorenaissancestijl naar ontwerp van J.N. Landré. Het huis heeft een samengestelde plattegrond en anderhalve bouwlaag, onder een met leien in maasdekking gedekt uitzwenkend schilddak. De achtergevel wordt gevormd door een bouwvolume van een bouwlaag met balkon. Het balkon heeft een natuurstenen borstwering. De uitkragende dakgoot rust op klossen met snijwerk die zich voorzetten als profilering in de daaronder liggende fries. Op de nok van het dak is een klokkenstoel geplaatst. De nok van de smallere aanbouw rechts, is met een crêtes versierd. De bakstenen gevels zijn met natuurstenen speklagen, cordonbanden, hoeklisenen en vensteromlijstingen gedecoreerd. De voorgevel aan de zijde van de oprijlaan heeft een in het midden geplaatste driezijdige natuurstenen erker, waarboven een balkon met een natuurstenen borstwering is geplaatst. In het dakschild is een dakkapel geplaatst, waarin een dubbele deur toegang geeft tot het balkon. De dakerker wordt door een getoogd fronton bekroond. Rechts van de erker bevindt zich een met houten panelen dichtgezette veranda op natuurstenen plint. Het interieur heeft met uitzondering van de schouw in de woonkamer geen elementen die voor bescherming in aanmerking komen.

Description
Description of complex component 6: A 19th-century LODGE HOUSE set somewhat at an angle to the drive, in French Neo-Renaissance style to the design of J.N. Landré. The house has a composite ground plan and one-and-a-half storeys, under a hipped roof covered with slate in descending courses. The rear facade is formed by a building volume of one storey with a balcony. The balcony has a natural stone parapet. The projecting gutter rests on blocks with carving which continue as moulding in the frieze below. A bell cote is placed on the ridge of the roof. The ridge of the narrower extension on the right is decorated with crêtes. The brick facades are decorated with natural stone bands, cordon bands, corner pilasters and window surrounds. The front facade on the side of the drive has a three-sided natural stone bay placed in the centre, above which a balcony with a natural stone parapet is placed. In the roof slope a dormer window is placed, in which a double door gives access to the balcony. The roof bay is crowned by an arched pediment. To the right of the bay is a veranda with wooden panels on a natural stone plinth. The interior has, with the exception of the fireplace in the living room, no elements that come into consideration for protection.
