Omschrijving onderdeel 21: BRUG EN KEERMUUR.
BRUG en KEERMUUR bij boerderij de Vischkom. Een over de erfsloot naar boerderij de Vischkom gelegen gesloten brug, die aan weerszijden door een monumentale rode bakstenen keermuur, waarin enkele muurankers, wordt begrensd. De rechte muur zwenkt naar de zijkanten in een flauwe hoek uit; de uitzwenkende delen zijn tevens keermuren naar de taluds. In het centrale muurgedeelte in het midden een getoogde waterdoorgang. Centraal in de doorgang aan de zijde van het erf een derde doorgang, die oorspronkelijk naar het bijgebouw achter boerderij de Vischkom leidde en die in de 19de eeuw als afvoerkanaal voor water en zalm dienst deed, in de tijd dat in dit bijgebouw achter de boerderij een zalmkwekerij was gevestigd.

BRIDGE and RETAINING WALL at the farmstead de Vischkom. A closed bridge over the farm ditch to the farmstead de Vischkom, which is bounded on both sides by a monumental red brick retaining wall, in which there are several wall anchors. The straight wall curves at the sides in a gentle angle; the curved parts are also retaining walls towards the slopes. In the central wall section in the middle an arched water passage. Central in the passage on the side of the farmyard a third passage, which originally led to the outbuilding behind the farmstead de Vischkom and which in the 19th century served as a discharge channel for water and salmon, at the time when a salmon hatchery was established in this outbuilding behind the farmhouse.
