DIENSTWONING 'HERTENHUISJE' (7) behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Backershagen. Het hertenhuisje, dat in de oude hertenkamp ligt, dateert waarschijnlijk in oorsprong uit de tijd van de aanleg van de hertenkamp in de late 18de eeuw. Gezien de detaillering die vergelijkbaar is met de dienstwoning, zou een verbouwing door de Duitse architect H.H.A. Wenztel goed mogelijk zijn. Gebouwd als rusthuisje, thans als woonhuis in gebruik. Klein wit gepleisterde pand met zwarte plint op rechthoekig grondplan van één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Makelaar en decoratieve zaagtandlijst langs de goot. SERVICE DWELLING 'HERTENHUISJE' (7) belonging to the historic country estate Backershagen. The hertenhuisje, which is situated in the old deer park, probably dates originally from the time of the establishment of the deer park in the late 18th century. Given the detailing which is comparable to the service dwelling, a renovation by the German architect H.H.A. Wenztel would well be possible. Built as a rest house, now in use as a residential dwelling. Small white rendered building with black plinth on a rectangular ground plan of one storey under a gabled roof with half-hipped ends and Dutch tiles.
