Inleiding
MOTORGEBOUWTJE, deel uitmakend van het sluizencomplex "Parksluizen", zuidwestelijk gelegen van de Grote Parksluis.
Omschrijving
Het motorgebouwtje is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een vierkante plattegrond en omvat een bouwlaag onder een laag schilddak. In de zuidgevel een stalen deur. De west-, noord- en oostgevel bevatten elk een horizontaal rechthoekig venster.
Waardering
Uit 1931-1933 daterend motorgebouwtje, van algemeen belang als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het sluizencomplex "Parksluizen".
