Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ behorende tot de buitenplaats Overduin. Ten noordwesten van het hoofdgebouw staat op een oude dijk een 16de-eeuwse boerderij, die in 1860 is gemoderniseerd (zie gedenksteen 'restauratum 1860'). Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen huis heeft een gecementeerde voor- en zijgevel (oost) met geblokte hoeklisenen bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met Oegstgeester dakpannen gedekt zadeldak, aan de oostzijde met kort overstek voorzien van windveren; de westmuur wordt gestut door twee steunberen. De regelmatig ingedeelde voorgevel heeft centraal de omlijste opgeklampte toegangsdeur met halfrond bovenlicht. Aan weerszijden hiervan twee vensters met luiken. De oostgevel kent een indeling met omlijste ronde vensters, waarvan twee met spaakroeden op de begane grond en vier in de top onder een rondbooglijst; gevelankers in vorm van rozetten. In het INTERIEUR zijn onder meer van belang de 18de-eeuwse balkenconstructie, de kap en de oudere gewelfde kelder. Verder een vertrek met twee authentieke met witjes betegelde wandvlakken; een vertrek met wandbetegeling van 17de/18de- eeuwse figuratieve tegels (paars en blauw). Aan weerszijden van de schouw zijn 2 wandvlakken daarvan oorspronkelijk -wellicht een hergebruik bij de 18de-eeuwse herbouw van de boerderij.

FARM BUILDING belonging to the country estate Overduin. North-west of the main building stands on an old dike a 16th-century farm building, which was modernized in 1860 (see commemorative stone 'restauratum 1860'). The building erected on a rectangular ground plan, brick house has a cemented front and side facade (east) with chamfered corner pilasters consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with Oegstgeester roof tiles, on the east side provided with short overhang with wind braces; the west wall is braced by two buttresses. The regularly arranged front facade has centrally the framed clamped entrance door with semicircular fanlight. On either side of this two windows with shutters. The east facade has an arrangement with framed round windows, two of which with spoke glazing bars on the ground floor and four at the top under a round arch moulding; wall anchors in the form of rosettes. In the INTERIOR notably of importance are the 18th-century beam construction, the roof truss and the older vaulted cellar.
