Omschrijving onderdeel 10: KASTEELHOEVE behorende tot de buitenplaats Borgharen.
Tegenover het kasteel en ten noordoosten van de gracht ligt een langgerekte in oorsprong midden-17de-eeuwse voorhofhoeve die in de loop van de 19de eeuw ingrijpend is verbouwd. Op de Tranchotkaart van 1803 en de kadastrale minuut uit 1840 is te zien dat de U-vormige hoeve oorspronkelijk recht tegenover het kasteel lag en vrijwel een gesloten carré vormde op één opening in de as van het kasteel na. De hoeve is rond 1888 grotendeels afgebroken en verschoven naar de Spekstraat.
Een deel van de midden-17de-eeuwse hoeve is gelegen aan de Adam van Harenstraat en wordt gevormd door een op haakvormige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand onder een zadeldak met overstek op houten klossen. Kleine kapellen in het dak. Omlijste deur en vensteropeningen.

Description of component 10: CASTLE FARMHOUSE belonging to the country seat Borgharen.
Opposite the castle and to the northeast of the moat lies an elongated mid-17th-century forecourt farmhouse which underwent major alterations in the course of the 19th century. On the Tranchotkaart of 1803 and the cadastral map of 1840 it can be seen that the U-shaped farmhouse originally lay directly opposite the castle and formed an almost closed square apart from one opening in the axis of the castle. Around 1888 the farmhouse was largely demolished and relocated to Spekstraat.
Part of the mid-17th-century farmhouse is located on Adam van Harenstraat and is formed by a brick building on a hook-shaped ground plan beneath a gabled roof with overhang on wooden brackets. Small gables in the roof. Framed door and window openings.
