In de benedentuin van het huis " De Roek", tegen het bos aan de zuidwestzijde van het perceel, bevindt zich de vrijstaande GARAGE (3). Van de garage leidt een pad naar het tuinhek (complexonderdeel 4) aan de zuidoostzijde. Dit pad kruist halverwege de belangrijke zichtas tussen de hoofdentree en de heide van het Ginkelse Zand. De garage is met de nok evenwijdig aan het woonhuis gebouwd, heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, is één bouwlaag hoog en opgetrokken in bruingele baksteen in Noords verband. De afgewolfde rieten kap heeft gesmoorde nokvorsten. In de kopse westgevel bevindt zich een dubbele opgeklampte deur, voorzien van bewerkte gehengen en overkragende bovendorpels met rollaag. In de zijgevels twee dubbele bovenlichten met uitkragende boven- en onderdorpels en rollagen.

Description
In the lower garden of the house "De Roek", against the woodland on the southwest side of the plot, stands the independent GARAGE (3). From the garage a path leads to the garden gate (complex component 4) on the southeast side. This path crosses halfway the important sight line between the main entrance and the heathland of the Ginkelse Zand. The garage is built with its ridge parallel to the residential building, has a rectangular floor plan, is one storey high and constructed in brownish-yellow brick in Flemish bond. The hipped thatched roof has suppressed ridge crests. In the gable west facade is a double braced door, fitted with worked hinges and overhanging upper door-heads with roll moulding. In the side facades two double fanlights with projecting upper and lower door-heads and roll mouldings.
