De TUINAANLEG (2) bestaat uit een kunstmatig, door bakstenen keermuren omgeven rechthoekig plateau, waarop centraal in oostwest-richting gelegen het woonhuis. Met uitzondering van de natuurlijke glooiing in de noordoost hoek staan op de hoeken van het plateau vierkante bakstenen pijlers. Rondom het woonhuis is sprake van een rechtlijnig padenstelsel, geschoren hagen, een taxushaag waarin het Hubertuskruis (symbool van park de Hoge Veluwe) is uitgespaard en een cirkelvormige vijveraanleg met baksteenrand. Aan de noord-, zuid- en westzijde van het plateau bevindt zich een bakstenen steektrap van zes treden met leuningen ter breedte van twee baksteen strekken. Vanaf de hoofdentree van het woonhuis, in de zuidgevel, loopt een belangrijke zichtas richting de heide van het Deelense Zand. De benedentuin rondom het plateau is een bostuin. Uitgezonderd het pad van de garage naar het tuinhek is daar geen sprake van een geometrische aanleg. De vrij abrupte overgang tussen de geometrische aanleg op het plateau direct rondom het woonhuis, en de natuurlijke bosomgeving, is karakteristiek voor de Nieuw Architectonische tuinstijl.

Op het plateau zijn enkele geometrische elementen aanwezig, waarvan de geschoren taxushaag met uitsparing in de vorm van het Hubertuskruis (symbool van de Hoge Veluwe) een bijzonder element vormt. Tevens is er een belangrijke zichtas vanuit het woonhuis richting de heide van het Deelense Zand.

Description
The GARDEN LAYOUT (2) consists of an artificial rectangular plateau surrounded by brick retaining walls, with the residential building located centrally in an east-west direction. With the exception of the natural slope in the northeast corner, square brick piers stand at the corners of the plateau. Around the residential building there is a rectilinear path system, clipped hedges, a yew hedge in which the Hubertus Cross (symbol of park De Hoge Veluwe) is cut out, and a circular pond with a brick edge. On the north, south and west sides of the plateau there is a brick flight of stairs of six steps with railings the width of two brick stretches. From the main entrance of the residential building, in the south facade, an important sight line runs towards the heathland of the Deelense Zand. The lower garden surrounding the plateau is a woodland garden. Except for the path from the garage to the garden gate, there is no geometric layout.
