Omschrijving
ZOMERHUIS uit omstreeks 1850 behorend tot de boerderij Het Hoog Erf. De woning ligt parallel aan de boerderij op rechthoekige plattegrond van een bouwlaag hoog onder een met riet gedekt wolfsdak. Gebakken nokvorsten. De bakstenen gevels zijn wit geschilderd. Voor- en achtergevels met rozetankers, staafankers aan de zijgevels. In de voorgevel en achtergevel groot roedevenster met luiken op de begane grond en draairaam met luiken op de verdieping. De toegang met bovenlicht bevindt zich in de rechterzijgevel; voorts twee vensters met luiken. In de linkerzijgevel een 20ste-eeuwse toegang met gepleisterde omlijsting en twee vensters met luiken.

Het ZOMERHUIS deeluitmakend van een ensemble van boerderij met zomerhuis behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Warnsborn is van belang:

SUMMERHOUSE from around 1850 belonging to the farm Het Hoog Erf. The dwelling is situated parallel to the farm on rectangular ground plan of one storey high under a half-hipped roof covered with reed. Fired ridge cresting. The brick facades are white-painted. Front and rear facades with rosette anchors, bar anchors on the side facades. In the front and rear facade large roedev window with shutters on the ground floor and casement window with shutters on the upper storey. The entrance with fanlight is situated in the right-hand side facade; furthermore two windows with shutters. In the left-hand side facade a 20th-century entrance with rendered surround and two windows with shutters.

The SUMMERHOUSE forming part of an ensemble of farm with summerhouse belonging to the historic country estate Warnsborn is of importance:
