Onderdeel 2: Historische tuin- en parkaanleg
Om het huis Hoosden bevindt zich een aanleg uit het eind van de 17de eeuw waarvan de vorm deels bepaald is door de natuurlijke gesteldheid van het terrein. Aan de westkant ligt een broekbos met wandelpaden op de hoge steilranden en vennen in de lage gedeelten. Rond het bos loopt een wandeling die uitkomt op de laan naar de 'berg' waar de kerk staat en die al op 18de-eeuwse kaarten en de Tranchotkaart uit 1806 staat aangegeven. Aan de oost- en zuidkant van het huis ligt een door water en steilranden met paden om- en ontsloten terrein dat in die vorm uit het eind van de 17de eeuw stamt. Over de hele lengte van de woonvleugel aan de oostkant loopt een terras met keermuur dat via een trap de overgang vormt naar de lager gelegen tuinen daarachter. Het in drieën verdeelde terrein is rondom van een afscheiding voorzien in de vorm van waterlopen en een pad en aan de westkant door een gemetselde tuinmuur met hek aan de zijde van het huis en met aan het andere eind de restanten van een stenen gebouwtje. De uit de 18de eeuw bekende indeling met gazon, siertuin en bosje, is op de siertuin na, nog steeds aanwezig. Ten zuiden van dit terrein en daarvan gescheiden door een steilrand ligt tussen de oprijlaan en de Hagelkruisweg een verhoogd veld met een fruitboomgaard en aangrenzend een stuk bouwland. Het zicht vanuit het huis op de kerk is thans dichtgegroeid. Na 1934 werd door de eigenaar, die op Hoosden ging wonen, een einde gemaakt aan de 'vrye wandeling van het publiek' op zijn terrein. Het hele terrein werd voortaan door hem als eigen wandelpark benut.

Component 2: Historic garden and park layout
Around the house Hoosden there is a layout from the end of the 17th century the form of which is partly determined by the natural character of the terrain. On the west side lies a brookwood forest with walking paths on the high steep slopes and ponds in the low sections. Around the forest runs a walk that opens onto the lane to the 'hill' where the church stands and which is already indicated on 18th-century maps and the Tranchotmap from 1806. On the east and south side of the house lies a terrain enclosed and accessed by water and steep slopes with paths which dates from the end of the 17th century in that form. Over the full length of the residential wing on the east side runs a terrace with retaining wall which via a staircase forms the transition to the lower-lying gardens behind it. The terrain divided into three is provided all around with a boundary in the form of watercourses and a path and on the west side by a masoned garden wall with gate on the side of the house and at the other end with the remains of a stone building. The layout known from the 18th century with lawn, ornamental garden and grove, apart from the ornamental garden, is still present. To the south of this terrain and separated from it by a steep slope lies between the access road and the Hagelkruisweg an elevated field with a fruit orchard and adjacent a piece of arable land. The view from the house to the church is now overgrown. After 1934 the owner, who had come to live at Hoosden, put an end to the 'free public walk' on his terrain. The whole terrain was henceforth used by him as his own walking park.
