Onderdeel 39
Uit rode baksteen opgetrokken dubbele DIENSTWONING op rechthoekige plattegrond onder met rode pannen belegd zadeldak evenwijdig aan de straat. Gevelsteen met jaartal 1950. In de voorgevel rodevensters van verschillend formaat met luiken. De ingangen zitten in de zijgevels. Luiken geschilderd in de kleuren van Middachten. Dubbel dakhuis met roedevensters onder een, op het grote dak aanlopend, schilddakje dat ook met rode pannen is belegd. Op de daknok drie schoorstenen.

DIENSTWONING behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Middachten van algemeen cultuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang

Double SERVANTS' DWELLING built of red brick on rectangular plan under gabled roof covered with red tiles parallel to the street. Facade stone with date 1950. In the front gable round windows of varying sizes with shutters. The entrances are in the side gables. Shutters painted in the colours of Middachten. Double roof house with glazing bar windows under a small hipped roof running onto the large roof, also covered with red tiles. On the roof ridge three chimneys.
