Onderdeel 37
DIENSTWONING op T-vormige plattegrond, gedekt door wolfdaken met klein overstek, voorzien van gesmoorde pannen. De voordeur is geplaatst in de naar de straat toegewende kopgevel en bezit een bovenlicht met roedeverdeling. Op de begane grond bevinden zich rondom schuiframen met 15-ruits roedeverdeling. De vensters zijn voorzien van luiken, geschilderd in de kleuren van Middachten. In de drie kopgevels bevindt zich een stel smalle schuiframen met zes ruits roedeverdeling. De muuropeningen zijn voorzien van lateien met segmentbogen waarvan de velden met metselwerk zijn gevuld. Onder de dakrand is een siermetsellijst aangebracht van tweekleurige baksteen.

SERVANTS' DWELLING on T-shaped plan, covered by half-hipped roofs with small overhang, provided with dulled tiles. The front door is placed in the gable end facing the street and has a fanlight with glazing bars. On the ground floor there are sash windows with 15-pane glazing bars all around. The windows are provided with shutters, painted in the colours of Middachten. In the three gable ends there is a set of narrow sash windows with six-pane glazing bars. The wall openings are provided with lintels with segmental arches whose fields are filled with brickwork. Under the eaves is a decorative brick course applied in two-coloured brickwork.
