Onderdeel 38
Van rode baksteen opgetrokken dubbele DIENSTWONING op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met gesmoorde pannen belegd. Een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping hoog. De linkerzijgevel heeft voor een deel een verhoogd gedeelte onder zadeldak dat aanloopt op het hoofddakvlak. In de naar de weg toegewende gevels twee voordeuren onder ronde spaarboog. Op de verdieping zesruitsschuifvensters onder rechte strek. Trapsgewijs uitgemetselde bakstenen lijst onder de dakrand. De vensters in de zijgevels hebben luiken beschilderd in de kleuren van Middachten.

Component 38
Double SERVANTS' DWELLING built of red brick on rectangular plan under gabled roof covered with dulled tiles. One storey and a roof chamber high. The left side gable has for part a raised section under gabled roof that runs onto the main roof slope. In the gables facing the road two front doors under round sparing arch. On the upper storey six-pane sash windows under straight lintel. Stepped brickwork course laid under the eaves. The windows in the side gables have shutters painted in the colours of Middachten.
