Omschrijving onderdeel 12:
Even ten noordwesten naast het zomerhuis gelegen STAL bij het complex historische buitenplaats Leyduin.
De 19de-eeuwse stal heeft in metselwerk opgetrokken zijmuren en een houten topgevel aan voor- en achterzijde, hiertussen een met pannen gedekt mansarde dak. Vier vensters in de zijmuren en inrijdeuren met luik of vensters in voor- en achtergevel. In het inwendige is de houtconstructie van kap en stijlen en de indeling met de grup nog aanwezig. De stal is thans in gebruik als schuur voor het opbergen van werktuigen.

De STAL is van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description of component 12:
A STABLE situated just northwest beside the summer house on the complex historic country estate Leyduin.
The 19th-century stable has side walls built of masonry and a wooden gabled end at front and rear, between which is a tile-hung mansard roof. Four windows in the side walls and carriage doors with shutters or windows in the front and rear façades. In the interior the timber construction of the roof truss and posts and the internal arrangement with the gutter are still present. The stable is currently in use as a shed for the storage of tools.

The STABLE is of general importance for:
- its architectural-historical value as an example of simple architecture characteristic of this type of building;
