Omschrijving onderdeel 10:
In oorsprong 18de-eeuwse DIENSTWONING behorende bij het complex historische buitenplaats Leyduin. In 1874 is tegen de noordzijde een stal gebouwd. Het dienstgebouw heeft een kelder en één bouwlaag met een met pannen gedekt dak met een schild aan de noordzijde en een geveltop aan de zuidzijde. Deze geveltop is, waarschijnlijk ten tijde van de bouw van de stal verfraaid met uitvoerig decoratief houtwerk langs de dakrand alsmede een balkon en grote vensters op begane grond en verdieping. Midden op het dak een schoorsteen en twee dakkapellen aan de oostzijde. De voor- en zijgevels zijn gepleisterd en voorzien van een blokkenpatroon. De achtergevel lijkt, voorzover zichtbaar, later vernieuwd te zijn.
Het gebouw is ingedeeld in twee woningen hetgeen aan de oostzijde een gevelindeling van zes traveeën geeft, gespiegeld bestaand uit een deur en twee vensters. De ramen zijn vernieuwd.

De DIENSTWONING is van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description of component 10:
Originally 18th-century SERVANT'S DWELLING belonging to the complex historic country estate Leyduin. In 1874 a stable was built against the north side. The service building has a cellar and one storey with a tile-hung roof with a half-hipped section on the north side and a gabled end on the south side. This gabled end was probably enhanced at the time of construction of the stable with elaborate decorative woodwork along the roof edge as well as a balcony and large windows on the ground floor and upper storey. In the middle of the roof a chimney and two roof dormers on the east side. The front and side façades are plastered and provided with a block pattern. The rear façade appears, insofar as visible, to have been later renewed.
The building is divided into two dwellings which on the east side creates a façade articulation of six bays, arranged symmetrically consisting of a door and two windows. The windows have been renewed.

The SERVANT'S DWELLING is of general importance for:
