Omschrijving onderdeel 9:
Een houten ZOMERHUIS uit 1796 behorende bij het complex historische buitenplaats Leyduin. Het huis bestaat uit twee naast elkaar gelegen rechthoekige bouwvolumes gedekt met met pannen gedekte zadeldaken tussen topgevels. De verticaal aangebrachte beplanking is witgeschilderd. Het rechter huis heeft één bouwlaag. Het linker huis is aan de linker zijde opgetrokken tot een lage verdieping. Dit huis heeft bovendien een forse uitbouw tegen de achtergevel. De symmetrisch opgezette voorgevels vertonen als timpaan vormgegeven geveltoppen. Voorts in de voor- en rechter zij- en achtergevel grote roedeverdeelde vensters doorlopend tot de grond. Ook in de linker zijgevel roedeverdeelde vensters.

A wooden SUMMER HOUSE from 1796 belonging to the complex historic country estate Leyduin. The house consists of two rectangular building volumes placed side by side, covered with tile-hung gabled roofs between gabled ends. The vertically applied boarding is painted white. The right house has one storey. The left house is built up to a low upper storey on the left side. This house moreover has a substantial extension against the rear façade. The symmetrically arranged front façades display gable tops formed as pediments. Furthermore, large glazing-barred windows extending to the ground in the front, right side and rear façades. Also glazing-barred windows in the left side façade.

The SUMMER HOUSE is of general importance:
