Bij gebouw 1-19 (A8), aan de oostzijde van de woning, door een muurtje ermee verbonden, een op rechthoekige plattegrond gebouwde, dubbel uitgevoerde bakstenen SCHUUR onder met gemengde, gegolfde pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen puntgevels. In de naar de woning gekeerde westelijke langsgevel aan weerszijden van het muurtje een toegangsopening en in beide kopse gevels een vrijwel vierkant venster onder rollaag, met bakstenen onderdorpel en een vast houten raam; het noordelijke raam met roeden in vieren verdeeld. Oostelijke gevel blind. Het metselwerk van de schuur is extern integraal gebroken wit gesausd. Wit geschilderde windveren.

At building 1-19 (A8), on the east side of the residence, connected to it by a small wall, a double BARN built of brick on rectangular plan and covered with a gabled roof with mixed corrugated tiles between pointed gables. In the western longitudinal facade facing the residence on either side of the small wall an access opening and in both end gables an approximately square window beneath roll moulding, with brick sill and a fixed wooden frame; the northern frame divided into four lights with glazing bars. Eastern gable blind. The brickwork of the barn is externally entirely whitewashed off-white. White-painted bargeboards.

BARN, component of an ensemble of double officers' residence with barn, of general importance as a readily recognisable part of a military camp dating from the Second World War and established by the German occupier as part of a large military airfield, on account of: architectural-historical, urban-planning, military- and cultural-historical and complex- and ensemble values, which can be demonstrated inter alia through the traditionalist building style inspired by local forms, through the components and details characteristic of the building period, through the artificially created brink-village structure and the camouflage carried through to the finest detail, through the coherence of and with the total military airfield concept and the spatial main lines and components of the camp, and through the mutual relationship of the forms applied therein.
