Single-storey, with approximately 50 cm thick external brickwork and in part executed with a crawlspace, brick OFFICERS' HOUSE on substantially rectangular floorplan, covered by a hipped roof laid with grey corrugated concrete tiles and angled slightly at the base, with in both roof slopes a roof dormer; in the gable roof slopes one (front) and two (rear) plastic roof lights respectively and in the northern roof slope one brick chimney. In the northeastern gable facade facing the road on the right an access opening with two steps, two empty iron wall anchors and a renewed wooden door under a four-part fanlight and to the left of this two window openings with concrete cill, in which above four-light fanlight windows and below double wooden inward-opening two-light casement windows, both below the cill fitted with sheet metal shutters with green and white painted hourglass motif. Right roof slope with three similar window openings. In the left roof slope two similar windows (right without shutters) and between them a later introduced access opening. In the southwestern gable right a similar window, left a window originally similar but later extended downwards (shutters have been removed but remain on site) and between both an access opening with renewed glass door. Box gutters all round. The interior is largely modernised. The current use is that of a dwelling house.
