Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS met PAARDENSTAL. Gebouw in eclectische bouwstijl uit 1890 (jaartalsteen 'F.W.M. van der Borch tot Verwolde 4 Aug.1890) van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige plattegrond onder afgeplat schilddak. De paardenstal is iets breder dan het koetshuis waardoor in de voorgevel een kleine verspringing is. De gevels zijn van baksteen met een gepleisterde plint en met hoekpilasters en risalieten. De gevels hebben een geprofileerde cordonlijst en een gekorniste kroonlijst. Het dak is met gesmoorde pannen gedekt met aan de voorzijde twee dakkapellen, aan de achterzijde één dakkapel. Het gebouw heeft rond afgesloten vensters waarin stolpramen met spaakroeden. Aan de bovenzijde hebben de vensters een gepleisterde boog met sluitsteen. In de rechterzijgevel bevinden zich twee grote getoogd afgesloten deuropeningen, voorzien van een segmentboog met aanzet- en sluitsteen. Het interieur is nog grotendeels oorspronkelijk met o.a. de paardenstands, hooiruiven met vulkoker, tuigenkast en een houten trap met aanzetbaluster naar zolder.

COACH HOUSE with HORSE STABLE. Building in eclectic architectural style from 1890 (date stone 'F.W.M. van der Borch tot Verwolde 4 Aug.1890) of one storey on rectangular ground plan under an hipped roof. The horse stable is slightly wider than the coach house due to which there is a small setback in the front facade. The facades are of brick with a rendered plinth and with corner pilasters and risalits. The facades have a profiled cordon moulding and a corniced cornice. The roof is covered with pantiles with on the front two roof dormers, on the rear one roof dormer. The building has round-ended windows with fixed frames with spoke bars. At the top the windows have a rendered arch with keystone. In the right side facade there are two large arch-ended door openings, provided with a segmental arch with springer and keystone. The interior is still largely original with among others the horse stalls, hay lofts with filling funnel, tack room and a wooden staircase with newel baluster to the attic.
