Omschrijving onderdeel 6a, 6b en 6c:
WATERMOLENCOMPLEX, bestaande uit twee molenhuizen en een stuw Ten zuidwesten van het hoofdgebouw ligt ter weerszijden van, en deels in, de Baakse beek het ontmantelde watermolencomplex. Voor zover bekend dateert de oudste vermelding van de watermolen uit 1786. De nog bestaande molenhuizen gaan ook zeker terug tot die tijd. Het waterrad is in de loop der tijd verdwenen. Het MOLENHUIS op de zuidelijke oever (6A) was vroeger als oliemolen in gebruik. Het gebouw is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en vakwerk. Het ligt onder een schilddak, gedekt met rode pannen. De noordelijke gevel is deels beschoten met geteerde planken en aan de zuidzijde voorzien in een aankapping. Tegen het molenhuis is een (restant van) een hondenkennel. Het MOLENHUIS op de noordelijke oever (6B) was vroeger als korenmolen in gebruik. Het gebouw is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en vakwerk onder een schilddak gedekt met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen. In de gevels meerruitsvensters in verschillende formaten en een garagedeur (XXd). Tussen de beide gebouwen een brug met ijzeren STUW (6C) uit omstreeks 1840

WATER MILL COMPLEX, consisting of two mill houses and a weir. To the southwest of the main building, on either side of and partly in the Baakse brook, lies the dismantled water mill complex. As far as is known, the oldest mention of the water mill dates from 1786. The still existing mill houses certainly date back to that time. The water wheel has disappeared over the course of time. The MILL HOUSE on the southern bank (6A) was formerly used as an oil mill. The building is constructed of red brick and timber framing. It lies beneath a hipped roof, covered with red tiles. Against the mill house is a (remnant of) a dog kennel. The MILL HOUSE on the northern bank (6B) was formerly used as a corn mill. The building is constructed of red brick and timber framing beneath a hipped roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles. In the gables multi-paned windows in various sizes and a garage door (XXd). Between the two buildings a bridge with iron WEIR (6C) from approximately 1840.
