Aan de zuidzijde van de buitenplaats liggen de voormalige nutstuinen, omgeven door een MOESTUINMUUR. De muur omsluit een rechthoekig terrein, waar Wattez de moestuin had ontworpen en dat nu als parkeerplaats in gebuik is. In de muur zijn diverse extra openingen gemaakt t.b.v. auto's. De muur is opgetrokken in baksteen met aan de noordzijde een opening met strekse boog. De muur heeft gemetselde steunberen en wordt met een natuurstenen plaat afgedekt.

On the south side of the country estate lie the former utility gardens, surrounded by a KITCHEN GARDEN WALL. The wall encloses a rectangular area where Wattez had designed the kitchen garden and which is now in use as a car park. Various additional openings have been made in the wall for motor vehicles. The wall is constructed in brick with on the north side an opening with a segmental arch. The wall has brick buttresses and is capped with a natural stone plate.
