Het voormalige 19e eeuwse KOETSHUIS annex dienstwoning dateert van 1873 en vervangt een voorganger. Het gebouw staat ongeveer op dezelfde plek, maar werd schuin ten opzichte van het hoofdgebouw geplaatst. De schuin geplaatste situering past bij de lijnvoering van de landschapsstijl. Het koetshuis is op een bijna rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken bouwwerk van een bouwlaag onder met pannen gedekt schilddak. De muren zijn van een witte pleisterlaag voorzien. Diverse venster- en deuropeningen met stucomlijstingen onder rechte strek. Twee grote dubbele deuren aan de zuidzijde van het pand onder gebogen strek in een iets risalerend gevelgedeelte met bosseringen. Het interieur is aangepast aan een kantoorfunctie.

Description
The former 19th century COACH HOUSE annex service dwelling dates from 1873 and replaces a predecessor. The building stands approximately on the same spot, but was placed diagonally in relation to the main building. The diagonally placed situation fits with the line direction of the landscape style. The coach house is constructed on an almost rectangular floor plan as a one-storey building under a hipped roof covered with tiles. The walls are provided with a white plaster layer. Various window and door openings with stucco mouldings under straight lintels. Two large double doors on the south side of the building under curved lintels in a slightly projecting façade section with bossages. The interior has been adapted to an office function.
