Ten zuidoosten van het zuidelijke bouwhuis gelegen TUINSCHUUR op rechthoekige grondslag, bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een vliering onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met overstek, aan de voorzijde voorzien van makelaar en windveren. De schuur is opgetrokken in een chalet-achtige stijl uit donker gebeitste houten planken op een rood bakstenen plint en dateert vermoedelijk uit de 19de eeuw. In de eindgevel aan de voorzijde centraal een dubbele inrijdeur met getoogde bovenzijde en ter weerszijden daarvan meerruits vensters, eveneens met getoogde bovenzijde. Ter hoogte van de kap is het beschot verticaal, met boven de inrijdeur een dubbel hijsluik met meerruits-halfrond bovenlicht. In de zijgevels meerruits vensters en eenvoudige enkele en dubbele toegangsdeuren.

De TUINSCHUUR behorende tot de buitenplaats Rijnhuizen is van algemeen belang:

Description
A GARDEN SHED located to the south-east of the southern farm building, on a rectangular ground plan, consisting of one storey and an attic under a mansard roof covered with muffled Dutch tiles with eaves projection, provided on the front with a medlar and weather vanes. The shed is constructed in a chalet-style from dark-stained wooden planks on a red brick plinth and dates presumably from the 19th century. In the end gable on the front a central double entrance door with arched upper section and on either side thereof multi-pane windows, also with arched upper section. At roof level the boarding is vertical, with above the entrance door a double hoist opening with multi-pane semi-circular fanlight. In the side gables are multi-pane windows and simple single and double access doors.
