Omschrijving onderdeel 5: DUIVENTIL.
Op een weiland in het Leurse bos bij de driesprong Van Balverenlaan-Meerenburg-Puitsestraat staat een houten DUIVENTIL uit 1913, de opvolger van een laat 18de-eeuws exemplaar. De til bestaat uit een op een poot rustende kubusvormige kast met tentdakje, waarop een houten piron; in een van de wanden de aanvlieggaten.

Description of component 5: DOVECOTE.
On a meadow in the Leur woods at the junction of Van Balverenlaan-Meerenburg-Puitsestraat stands a wooden DOVECOTE from 1913, the successor of a late 18th-century example. The dovecote consists of a cubic box resting on a post with a tent roof, topped with a wooden finial; in one of the walls the flight holes.
