Omschrijving onderdeel 3A: BOUWHUIS.
Bouwhuis, met de achterzijde naar de weg gelegen en met de voorgevel op de achterzijde van Huis te Leur gericht gebouw.
Het bouwhuis bestaat uit een laat 17de-eeuws voorhuis en een laat 18de-eeuws koetshuis met stalling onder een met riet en pannen gedekt wolfsdak. Het voorhuis is gepleisterd. Asymmetrisch ingedeelde gevel. De middenkamer wordt verlicht door een zesruits venster. Vierruits venster met luiken voor de rechterzijbeuk en een venster uit 1978 in de linkerzijbeuk. In de middenkamer grote schouw die aan beide zijden is ingekort.
Het laat 18de-eeuwse achterhuis (verbouwd tot koetshuis ten behoeve van het grote huis) heeft een brede middendeel. In de linkerzijbeuk waren een paardenstal en koetshuis ingericht; in de rechterzijbeuk veestalling.

Description of component 3A: SERVICE BUILDING.
Service building, with its rear side facing the road and its front facade facing the rear side of Huis te Leur.
The service building consists of a late 17th-century front house and a late 18th-century coach house with stabling under a half-hipped roof covered with thatch and tiles. The front house is rendered. Asymmetrically arranged facade. The central room is lit by a six-pane window. Four-pane window with shutters for the right side aisle and a window from 1978 in the left side aisle. In the central room a large fireplace which has been shortened on both sides.
The late 18th-century rear house (converted to a coach house for the main house) has a broad central section. In the left side aisle a horse stable and coach house were arranged; in the right side aisle livestock stalling.
