Omschrijving onderdeel 3B: SCHUUR.
Inleiding
Aanpalend aan het hoofdgebouw staat een 18e-eeuwse boerenwoning en haaks daarachter een zeer grote vrijstaande schuur.
Omschrijving
De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken 19e-eeuwse SCHUUR staat op een bakstenen fundament met een houten opbouw van gepotdekselde delen onder een met riet (voorzijde) en met kruispannen (achterzijde) gedekt schilddak met wolfseinden. De gevels zijn geleed met stalvensters, meerruits vensters, deuren en inrijdeuren, deze laatste onder een opgelicht dakschild. De muuropeninngen zijn van witte randen voorzien.
Waardering
De SCHUUR, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van boerenwoning met schuur, is van algemeen belang:

Description
The BARN, constructed on a rectangular ground plan, stands on a brick foundation with a wooden superstructure of weatherboarded sections under a hipped roof covered with thatch (front) and with cross tiles (rear) with half-hipped ends. The facades are articulated with stable windows, multi-pane windows, doors and carriage doors, the latter under an open roof light. The wall openings are provided with white borders.
Valuation
The BARN, forming part of an ensemble of farmhouse with barn, is of general importance:

- because of the monumental character that is typical of Zeeland;
