Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW (Landlust).
Het in oorsprong 18de-eeuwse HOOFDGEBOUW (Landlust) is ontstaan uit een herenkamer behorende bij de aanpalende boerderij (zie omschrijving onderdeel 3A). Het op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken witgepleisterde huis met donkere plint bestaat uit twee evenwijdige bouwlichamen van één bouwlaag onder twee met gesmoorde Tuile-du-Nord pannen gedekte schilddaken met zakgoot. De westgevel, grenzend aan de boerderij, is ongepleisterd en heeft twee topgevels. Tegen de oostgevel is een 19de-eeuwse uitbouw van twee bouwlagen onder een flauw hellend met gesmoorde pannen gedekt schilddak. De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken uitbouw heeft afgeschuinde hoeken met verdiepte velden en kent verder een horizontale geleding met een waterlijst tussen de bouwlagen en een daklijst. Alle vensters zijn voorzien van hardstenen dorpels. De vier traveeën brede voorgevel (noord) heeft een excentrisch geplaatste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht gevat in een eenvoudige omlijsting en meerruits vensters, waarvan het rechter venster voorzien is van luiken. Voor de deur een hardstenen stoep. In de westgevel bevinden zich twee meerruits venster met (klap)luiken en twee verdiepingsvensters. Haaks op de westgevel, in de gevel van de boerderij, bevindt zich de zij-ingang van het hoofdgebouw bestaande uit een opgeklampte deur met drieruits bovenlicht.
De achtergevel heeft twee meerruits vensters en dubbele tuindeuren. De meerruits vensters in de uitbouw liggen iets verdiept in de gevel en zijn op de begane grond getoogd vormgegeven. In de kopse gevel van de uitbouw bevinden zich dubbele tuindeuren onder een lijst die gedragen wordt door twee gedecoreerde natuurstenen consoles. Aan weerszijden hiervan een wapensteen van de familie Van Citters.
In het INTERIEUR is ondermeer van belang de plavuizenvloeren, de 18de-eeuwse paneeldeuren, de schouw in de keuken met witjes en beschilderde tegels.

Description
Description component 1: MAIN BUILDING (Landlust).
The originally 18th-century MAIN BUILDING (Landlust) originated from a gentleman's room belonging to the adjacent farmstead (see description component 3A). The building erected on a rectangular ground plan, whitewashed house with dark plinth consists of two parallel building structures of one storey under two hipped roofs covered with muted Tuile-du-Nord tiles with valley gutter. The west facade, bordering the farmstead, is unplastered and has two gable ends. Against the east facade is a 19th-century extension of two storeys under a gently sloping hipped roof covered with muted tiles. The extension erected on a rectangular ground plan has chamfered corners with recessed fields and further features horizontal articulation with a drip moulding between the storeys and a roof cornice. All windows are provided with ashlar sills. The four-bay wide front facade (north) has an eccentrically placed entrance door with fanlight set in a simple frame and multi-pane windows, of which the right window is provided with shutters. In front of the door a ashlar step. In the west facade are two multi-pane windows with (hinged) shutters and two first-floor windows. At right angles to the west facade, in the facade of the farmstead, is the side entrance of the main building consisting of a clamped door with three-pane fanlight.
The rear facade has two multi-pane windows and double garden doors. The multi-pane windows in the extension are slightly recessed in the facade and are arched on the ground floor. In the gable end facade of the extension are double garden doors under a cornice carried by two decorated natural stone consoles. On either side of this a coat of arms stone of the Van Citters family.
In the INTERIOR of importance are among other things the tiled floors, the 18th-century panelled doors, the fireplace in the kitchen with tiles and painted tiles.
