Omschrijving onderdeel 3A: BOERENWONING.
Aanpalend aan het hoofdgebouw staat een 18de-eeuwse boerenwoning en haaks daarachter een zeer grote vrijstaande schuur. De op rechthoekige grondslag, van gele IJsselsteentjes opgetrokken woning bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak. Het noordelijke dakschild is met een nieuwe pan gedekt. Gevels met meerruits vensters.
Waardering
De BOERENWONING is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- als voorbeeld van een eenvoudige hofstede;
- vanwege de monumentale houten schuur die typisch is voor Zeeland;

Description component 3A: FARMHOUSE.
Adjacent to the main building stands an 18th-century farmhouse and at right angles behind it a very large detached barn. The dwelling erected on a rectangular ground plan, built of yellow IJsselstones consists of one storey under a gabled roof covered with muted Old Dutch tiles. The northern roof panel is covered with a new tile. Facades with multi-pane windows.

The FARMHOUSE is of general importance:
