Omschrijving onderdeel 3: Voormalig KOETSHUIS MET WONING.
Voormalig koetshuis aan de oprijlaan. Het gebouw dagtekent in oorsprong uit de 18de eeuw en is na het midden van de 19de eeuw uitgebreid met een kleine woning aan de zuidoostkant.
Gebouw bestaande uit twee bouwlichamen van een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder zadeldak tussen tuitgevels met ronde natuurstenen beëindiging. Staafankers. Bakstenen rollaag langs de geveltoppen. De daken zijn met grijze pannen belegd.
Het oorspronkelijke koetshuis met stalling voor vier paarden heeft brede deuren in kop- en zijgevel, getoogde vensters met dito strekken. In de zijgevel twee halfronde stalramen uiterst links. Het kortere woonhuis heeft een deur met bovenlicht en een houten omlijsting met ruitvormige panelen, afgesloten door een kroonlijst alsmede een venster in de kopgevel; openslaande deuren en een venster in de zijgevel. Schoorsteen op de daknok.

Description
Description of component 3: Former COACH HOUSE WITH DWELLING.
Former coach house on the approach avenue. The building dates originally from the 18th century and was extended after the mid-19th century with a small dwelling on the south-east side.
A building consisting of two structural units of one storey and an attic storey under a gabled roof with spout gables with rounded natural stone finial. Rod wall anchors. Brick roll course along the gable tops. The roofs are covered with grey tiles.
The original coach house with stabling for four horses has wide doors in the gable and side façade, arched windows with corresponding lintels. In the side façade two semi-circular stable windows at the far left. The smaller dwelling house has a door with fanlight and a wooden surround with diamond-shaped panels, closed off by a cornice as well as a window in the gable façade; French doors and a window in the side façade. Chimney on the roof ridge.
