Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 1: HOOFDGEBOUW (Randenbroek).
In oorsprong 17de-eeuws, onderkelderd en door Jacob van Campen verbouwd, huis waar pas in de 18de eeuw de westelijke zijvleugel is toegevoegd. Omstreeks 1830 werd het huis vernieuwd en aan de mode van de tijd aangepast. De gevels kregen een lichte pleisterlaag. Aan de oostkant is het huis omstreeks 1800 met een keuken uitgebreid. Een aanbouw aan de voorgevel aan de kant van de beek uit 1873 en een serre aan de achterzijde zijn bij een restauratie in 1958 verwijderd. De balustrade op de keukenaanbouw van 1850 is bij de restauratie van 1958 aangebracht.
Ondiep gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond van twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder schilddak. Dakbedekking met grijze pannen. Negen traveeën breed. De drie middelste traveeën van voor- en achtergevel zijn in een lichte risaliet opgenomen. De vensters op begane grond en verdieping zijn van persiennes voorzien. Aanbouw met keuken en schouw aan linkerzijde onder plat dak met balusters tussen lage pijlers. In de pleisterlaag zijn gesneden voegen aangebracht. Afsluiting van de gevels door een houten lijst met consoles. Dakkapellen en schoorstenen op de hoeken zijn het resultaat van de restauratie van 1958 evenals de vensterverdeling met zes en vier ruiten, het snijraam boven de voordeur en de indeling van de achtergevel met pilasters en zandstenen kapitelen.

Het HOOFDGEBOUW (Randenbroek), behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Randenbroek is van cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description of component 1: MAIN HOUSE (Randenbroek).
Originally 17th-century, with a basement, and remodelled by Jacob van Campen, a house to which the western side wing was added only in the 18th century. Around 1830 the house was renewed and adapted to the fashion of the time. The façades received a light rendering. On the east side the house was extended with a kitchen around 1800. An extension to the front façade on the side of the stream dating from 1873 and a conservatory at the rear were removed during a restoration in 1958. The balustrade on the kitchen extension from 1850 was applied during the 1958 restoration.
A shallow building on a rectangular plan of two storeys and an attic storey under a hipped roof. Roofing with grey tiles. Nine bays wide. The three central bays of front and rear façades are incorporated in a shallow risalit. The windows on the ground floor and first floor are provided with shutters. Extension with kitchen and fireplace on the left side under a flat roof with balusters between low piers. Cut joints are applied in the render. The façades are closed off by a wooden cornice with consoles. Roof dormers and chimneys at the corners are the result of the 1958 restoration as are the window division with six and four panes, the sash window above the front door and the arrangement of the rear façade with pilasters and sandstone capitals.
