JACHTHUIS annex BOERDERIJ 'St. Hubert'. Het jachthuis annex boerderij 'St. Hubert' is in 1881 gebouwd in opdracht van Antoni Brants, de toenmalige eigenaar van de historische buitenplaats Eese. Omdat 'St. Hubert' een belangrijke functie had voor de jacht zijn bij en aan het pand onderkomens voor jachthonden en rijpaarden gebouwd. Het jachthuis annex boerderij staat in het verlengde van de oprijlaan naar de uit 1619 daterende havezate Eese. Het jachthuis annex boerderij (type hallenboerderij met langsdeel) heeft een gepleisterde plint en gedeeltelijk gewijzigde gevels en wordt overkapt door een met muldenpannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren. De voorgevel is beganegronds voorzien van vlechtingen, een 6-ruits venster en twee kleinere 6-ruits vensters allen voorzien van luiken, een voordeur met bovenlicht en een gevelsteen met tekst: "Antoni Brants 1881". Op de verdieping een 6-ruits venster met luiken en een bord met tekst: "St. Hubertus" en muurankers. De linker zijgevel is tijdens een verbouwing in de jaren '90 gewijzigd en is thans onder meer voorzien van royale openslaande deuren. De rechter zijgevel is grotendeels ongewijzigd. De baander in de symmetrisch ingedeelde achtergevel is vervangen door glasdeuren. De ruimte-indeling van het woongedeelte is in het verleden ingrijpend gewijzigd waardoor er van de oorspronkelijke situatie weinig is overgebleven. Tegen de rechter zijgevel, die in oorspronkelijke staat verkeert, is een in baksteen opgetrokken hondenhok gebouwd. Het heeft een kopgevel met hoeklisenen, ingemetselde gevellijst, twee gietijzeren rondboogvensters, een halfrond venster in de geveltop, terwijl in de plint twee rondboogopeningen voor de honden zijn aangebracht. De achterste kopgevel is voorzien van een rond venster. Het hondenhok is door middel van een tussenlid met deur met het woongedeelte van de boerderij verbonden. Links van de boerderij staat een uit baksteen opgetrokken wagenschuur met paardenstallen onder zadeldak met windveren. Het hierbij behorende bak- en kookhuis werd in 1997 gesloopt. De wagenschuur is aan een kant open en voorzien van standvinken ter ondersteuning van de kap. De paardenstal is voorzien van onder meer gietijzeren rondboogvensters en 6-ruitvensters en een rond venster in de topgevel aan de achterzijde. De wagenschuur annex paardenstal werd in 1997 ingrijpend verbouwd. De tuinmuur links van het jachthuis werd in 1998 opgetrokken en valt niet onder de bescherming.

HUNTING LODGE TOGETHER WITH FARMHOUSE 'St. Hubert'. The hunting lodge together with farmhouse 'St. Hubert' was built in 1881 by order of Antoni Brants, the then owner of the historical country estate Eese. Because 'St. Hubert' had an important function for hunting, accommodations for hunting dogs and riding horses were built next to and at the property. The hunting lodge together with farmhouse stands in line with the drive leading to the moated manor house Eese dating from 1619. The hunting lodge together with farmhouse (type hall farmhouse with lengthwise section) has a rendered plinth and partially altered facades and is covered by a gabled roof with clay tiles and roof ridges. To the left of the farmhouse stands a wagon shed built of brickwork with horse stables under a gabled roof with roof ridges. The associated bakehouse and kitchen building was demolished in 1997. The wagon shed is open on one side and provided with posts supporting the roof truss. The horse stable is provided with among other things cast-iron round-arch windows and 6-pane windows and a circular window in the gable top at the rear. The wagon shed together with horse stable was substantially altered in 1997. The garden wall to the left of the hunting lodge was erected in 1998 and does not fall under protection.
