TUINMANSWONING behorend tot de buitenplaats De Klinze. De op een T-vormige grondslag, grotendeels in schone baksteen (kruisverband) opgetrokken tuinmanswoning bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder met gesmoorde pannen gedekte zadeldaken met overstek en windveren; gepleisterde plint; staafankers. Jongere dakkapellen en serre. De hoeken en de gevelranden van de topgevels worden geaccentueerd door lijsten van met pleisterwerk ingevulde gele baksteen. In de symmetrische ingedeelde voorgevel twee gekoppelde meerruitsvensters met persiennes, eveneens tussen gepleisterde velden in een omlijsting van gele baksteen; stichtingssteen met de naam Van Sminia en het jaartal 1878. De beide kopgevels zijn blind op een rond venster in de geveltop na. De achtergevel en de oostelijke gevel van het loodrecht op voornoemd bouwdeel staande volume worden aan het oog onttrokken door een moderne serre. Het haakse bouwdeel kent aan de noordelijke kopgevel een aanbouw, aan westzijde een venster en een deur met gietijzeren raamrooster en bovenlicht met gietijzeren snijraam.

Description
GARDENER'S DWELLING belonging to the country estate De Klinze. The gardener's dwelling, constructed on a T-shaped ground plan, largely in fair-faced brick (English bond), consists of one storey under gabled roofs covered with smoored tiles with overhang and wind beams; plastered plinth; staple anchors. More recent roof dormers and conservatory. The corners and the gable edges of the gable ends are accentuated by bands of yellow brick filled with plasterwork. In the symmetrically arranged front facade two coupled multi-pane windows with jalousies, likewise between plastered fields in a frame of yellow brick; foundation stone with the name Van Sminia and the date 1878. Both gable ends are blind except for a round window in the gable top. The rear facade and the eastern facade of the volume perpendicular to the aforementioned building section are hidden from view by a modern conservatory. The right-angled building section has an extension at the northern gable end, a window and a door with cast-iron window grille and fanlight with cast-iron sash window on the west side.
