Voormalig KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats De Klinze. Rechts van het hoofdgebouw staat een van oorsprong 19de-eeuws koetshuis. Het is herbouwd in 1987, naar het oorspronkelijke ontwerp en is voorzien van de originele deuren. Het vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken gebouw omvat één bouwlaag onder een met geglazuurde Hollandse pannen gedekt, afgeknot schilddak. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in gepleisterde baksteen en worden beëindigd door een entablement en een geprofileerde gootlijst. De symmetrische voorgevel heeft een licht risalerende middenpartij, waarin de inrijdeuren zijn opgenomen. De entree bestaat uit een rechtgesloten vierdelige deur, geflankeerd door twee keer twee rondboogvormige vensters. In de rechter zijgevel vier rechtgesloten vensters. In de symmetrische achtergevel een deur onder halfrond bovenlicht, twee rechtgesloten vensters aan weerszijden en een deels in de gevel en deels in de kap gestoken deur, die is verbonden met een brandtrap en het entablement doorsnijdt. De linkerzijgevel heeft, voor zover in het zicht, rechtgesloten vensters.

Description
Former COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate De Klinze. To the right of the main building stands an originally nineteenth-century coach house. It was rebuilt in 1987, according to the original design, and is fitted with the original doors. The building, drawn up from a rectangular ground plan, comprises one storey under a hipped roof covered with glazed Dutch tiles. The facades are constructed in plastered brick and are finished with an entablature and a profiled drip moulding. The symmetrical front facade has a slightly projecting central section, in which the carriage doors are incorporated. The entrance consists of a straight-topped four-part door, flanked by two pairs of round-arched windows. In the right side facade four straight-topped windows. In the symmetrical rear facade a door under a semi-circular fanlight, two straight-topped windows on either side and a door partly in the facade and partly set into the roof, which is connected to a fire escape and cuts through the entablature. The left side facade has, as far as visible, straight-topped windows.
